History

Institute of British Examinations (IBE),Negombo, Sri Lanka  was registered under our Authorized Exam Centre, British Council, Colombo, Sri Lanka, as a Cambridge English Language Assessment Preparation Centre on 4th September 2006 for University of Cambridge Examinations.

With time an increasingly growing number of students have been enrolled for our Cambridge English Courses and other English Language Courses due to the Excellent Exam Results, which we have been able to produce thanks to the dedicated service of a Qualified Administrative and Tutorial Staff
